Nov 1 – Dec 5: FREE 1st CLASS SHIPPING for Orders with different addresses
Nov 30: Cut off Date for Custom Orders (Ship by Dec 12; Shipping TBD)
Dec 13: Cut off Date for Rush Custom Orders (25% added on Rush Orders)
